Cesc Fabregas has urged his Arsenal team-mates to focus solely on their Premier League campaign.
The Gunners sit second in the table with Manchester United ahead on goal difference, while Chelsea remain four points behind the duo.
United and Chelsea are in impressive form at present, having won eight of their last nine fixtures and losing just once in their previous 16 outings respectively.
Arsenal resume their title charge on Tuesday evening against Newcastle United, and Fabregas has challenged his side to claim victory in their remaining 15 league encounters.
"We will see what happens, but all we know is that we have to keep winning," he told the club's official website.
"We do not have to look at the others, we have to look at ourselves - if we win every game, we will be champions."
Fabregas went on to offer his sympathy to striker Robin van Persie - who is currently sidelined with a thigh injury.
"We all feel sorry for Robin and hope that we will be together again soon, to keep going as a team," Fabregas added.
"It is not nice when you see players who deserve to be in our position as well to be out injured."
The Holland international has managed just seven Premier League starts this season after suffering a number of troublesome injuries.
