whats there to be afraid of ac milan..do you all know that they are 11th in the serie a? thats the bottom half for you.
seriously la i think its not a bad draw for our team..i'd much rather arsenal play milan then real madrid or barcelona or acmilan thats for sure. and somemore once we win than no one will doubt our ability to win the champions league le. i wouldn't even call it an upset if we win, i think that they are the underdogs. we are league leaders of the premier league, they are languishing in 11th place in the serie a. which team sounds more like the in-form favourites to you?
my prediction: home 2-0 win, away 1-1 draw, aggregate 3-1 to arsenal

Everyone should be feared, thats y they call it the Champions League! these teams are not 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4h for nothing u know. Especially AC Milan, they have won the CL before, even we can lose to PSV last season, things wont be different. It's just that we must prepare ourselves well, yes we do have time with us, but dun forget that sh!t happens, such as injuries.
I'm hoping for the best only, 11th in the serie A doesnt mean they sux. the ball is round, anything can happen. just brace urself for action during the feb and march season! but now, we concentrate on christmas fixture and sp*rs is going down!! -
The midfield will be the key to this game.

I think arsenal can't have drawn a better opponent out of the 5 they were line up with. I thought it could have been worse had they been drawn against teams like Real, Barce or Inter. AC Milan isn't as good as they used to be now, they even lost to Celtic... AC also have very obvious weakness in slow and ageing players. Should the match last beyond the 90 mins... AC are done for.
So i am sure arsenal can do better than Celtic. Therefore getting AC is a real blessing. The only problem they have is... Will the young gunners bring it on the day? Flamini and Fabregas are good players when in the epl but... will they be overawe when it comes to European matches like we have seen from the gunners side in the past few seasons. Cos if they do, even playing Fenerbahce would have been a problem. -

Anyone rmb pennant cause hell lot of problem for milan's full backs.
Everyone eyes will be on flamini and fabregas but i see hleb as the key role in breaking up the midfield. And our speedy fullback overlapping run will cause hell lot of problem for milan's defence.
Adebayor and RVP must take their chances of course.
Oh wait african nation cup might take place during the game or finished already? If we have our strongest XI we can win. If the game is tied after normal play to extra time, we can bring in walcott

Kaka wary of Arsenal
AC Milan playmaker Kaka has warned his AC Milan team that their Champions League opponents Arsenal are a different proposition to Liverpool and Manchester United.
