Goalkeeper Manuel Almunia has said that he thinks he is in the best form of his Arsenal career since arriving from Celta Vigo.
The Spaniard is the current regular goalkeeper within the Arsenal line-up, at the expense of Jens Lehmann, whose mistakes earlier in the season have cost him his place in the side.
Almunia reflected: "Each year I am maturing.
"My head is now very calm, very relaxed, and I certainly keep my concentration better than in my first year, when there were many things on my mind with many changes.
"Now I treat football like something to enjoy and not worry about too much.
"It is a beautiful sport and if you do not enjoy it now then you won't be able to get the time back once you've retired.
"I only have one life to live out this possibility that I have.
"I like to compare myself to a wine which gets better with age.
"I hope that I can keep getting better when I am 31, 32. I do not know how long I will go on for.
"I will keep playing until I feel that my body does not respond to my mind."
