Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is confident his young guns can go all the way in the Carling Cup this season.
The North London side fell at the final hurdle last season as Wenger's youngsters were beaten 2-1 by Chelsea at the Millennium Stadium.
Wenger went with a mixture of youth and experience in the latter rounds of last season's Carling Cup.
The Frenchman will not be doing the same this year after reaching the quarter-finals of the competition with a 3-0 win over Sheffield United.
Going one better
"We still missed two or three players but when everybody is here we have a good chance again because we have a little bit more experience," Wenger said.
"But it also depends on the injuries. Last year I sacrificed some players at the end of this competition and we paid for it in the Champions League and the league so it depends on that.
"When you get to a semi-final you have two legs so you need a little bit of experience and that's what I did last year and in the end it caught up with us."
