Fabregas - Give Hleb His Due Respect!

Cesc Fabregas, so often the focal point of gushing admiration himself, felt compelled to delivered a glowing testimonial of Hleb, in full knowledge that the former VfB Stuttgart talent rarely gets the plaudits.
“He’s unbelievable. You can always give him the ball — he’s got movement, can dribble, he’s a complete player.
“But because he’s from Belarus there’s times when no one mentions him — and that is an embarrassment!,” said Fabregas.
“I’m not the leader. I only try to be the best I can. I think everyone inside the squad should feel important — at least this is what the boss makes us feel.”
Contrary to the Spanis sensationÂ’s belief, HlebÂ’s excellent contribution so far this season has not gone completely unappreciated, as the latest reports suggest that the 26-year-old is line for a lucrative contract extension.
