Gunners linked with sensational Raul swoop

Arsenal are being linked with a sensational swoop for Real Madrid striker Raul, who is keen to try his luck in the Premiership.
Raul has been with the Spanish giants all of his career but according to reports in Spain, the striker is considering a move away and has targeted the Premiership.
The 30-year-old would command a sizeable fee but the Gunners would be able to finance the deal after revealing record profits. Boss Arsene Wenger will have as much as £70million to spend on new players when the January transfer window opens and a sizeable chunk could go towards landing Raul.
There would be no shortage of offers for the player if he did decide to leave Real and the Gunners will be heading the pack.

there's no way raul will leave RM due to his gay-affair wif RM president. -
can't see arsene wanting this guy....he's just let henry go....why does he want to restrain fab and co. again???

Its unlikely arsene would sign an old man....the only old man he signed was davor suker....i can't see raul going to Arsenal on a yearly renewable contract

Raul is a good player. but Arsenal is not in need of a experienced striker atm, what they need is a backup winger. Someone to cover rosicky/hleb when they are unavailable.
