Van Persie worry for Gunners

Arsenal are awaiting news on the fitness of Robin van Persie after the Dutch star damaged his knee on international duty.
Van Persie started HollandÂ’s 2-0 win over Slovenia on Wednesday, but left the field on the hour.
He was in obvious pain, having appeared to twist his knee when attempting to convert a chance, and he will be sent for scans on Thursday.
The Gunners face Bolton at The Emirates on Saturday and there is a doubt as to whether Van Persie will be able to play a part.

In my heart(ESPECIALLY IN MINE) and others, and i think Wenger's one as well. RVP is now a first-team player regardless of whether he is injured or other pple are performing. i hope RVP comes back in time for the Liverfools and ManUre game, we need him!!

Van Persie could be sidelined for a month
Arsenal could be without leading scorer Robin van Persie for a month after the Holland striker suffered a knee injury on international duty night.
Van Persie - who has scored five goals in his last four appearance for the Gunners - could miss the Champions League game with Slavia Prague as well as Barclays Premier League games at Liverpool and at home to Manchester United.
'It looks like a knee injury,' manager Arsene Wenger told Arsenal TV Online.
'We will know later today how bad it is, but the early signs are that he will not be able to perform for us in the next four weeks.
'It is a big blow. Robin is a striker, a supportive striker and important on set-pieces as well.
'I hope he will be back soon and we'll do the maximum to get him back.'
Swiss defender Philippe Senderos (back) is also set to be out for a fortnight but at least captain William Gallas, Jens Lehmann and Tomas Rosicky should all return to contention for Saturday's game against Bolton following their recent injury problems.
