Jens Lehmann will be left out of the Champions League clash with Sevilla.
The Gunners claim he has an elbow injury although Lehmann, linked with a return to Germany, says he is fit to play.
Manager Arsene Wenger absolved Manuel Almunia of blame for the incident that should have seen Spurs go 2-0 up on Saturday and added, on the club's official website: "[later on] he saved us as well with a one against one when he was out very early.
"At the moment he is the No 1 because he plays.
"When Jens is back then we will see."
