Tottenham manager Martin Jol hopes to be handed a boost for the north London derby against Arsenal on 15 September.
The Dutchman has pencilled in Younes Kaboul (hamstring) and Aaron Lennon (knee) for their return from injury in a match which could really kick-start their season.
Meanwhile Gareth Bale has admitted he enjoyed playing on the left hand side of Tottenham's midfield in Sunday's unfortunate defeat at Manchester United.
He said: "It was obviously a special occasion for me, making my debut at one of the biggest clubs, I thoroughly enjoyed it, but it is just a shame about the result.
I cant wait too. I cant wait for arsenal to whoop their asses up. Their last min goal last season was stupid. The spuds celebrated it as if they've won it. but it was a fucking draw. this time arsenal really need to kick them in their butt! GO gooners!
