jus received the singnet bill....saw tat i'm payin 55 bucks.....
recently an earthquake damaged e cables which made e connection seem rather slow..... im using a 512kbps speed....now with e cables yet to be done e speed is jus lk 56k which makes mi pissed....furthermore singnet still bills us e full f-uckin amt....
i mean at least do something bout e speed or bill...f-ucking hell payin 512k bill get 56k speed....called e service line and complain...end up only say will get e connection speed back on line...sorry 4 e inconvience...tats not e ans tat i wan to hear.... IM PAYIN to get 512k speed n NOT 56k speed!!!this is wastin my money....
i don care if this topic had been mentioned b4...but i jus wan to let out my woes n this is f-ucked up reply i get....

aiya i kena few mths ago..
say wat my contract expired.. so they revert back to the normal pricing..
tmd me recontract with them at $29.95.. if not, im paying double every mth..
last mth i paid $59.85.
yday juz received their bill.. i dun understand at all.. so i called their billing hotline and asked them to explain to me..
it's very lagging lately..
but bear with it lor..
wait until feb see whether they can still find excuses or not. -
