  Must search Google. I only know how to play 4D and TOTO. Maybe the government should start a course to teach Singaporean how to win in casino since they think one is not enough and must have at least two casions.

  exactly...the house (casino) will always have better odds than the gambler...if there was a way to legally change your odds and win everyone would be doing it.
