  but then, hangovers are usually your brain crying out for electrolytes because you are dehydrated.. so stuff like isotonics should help..
  
  there's this stuff, a tablet to dissolve in water, Berocca, is said to be good... vitamins but there is a lot of stuff in there which may help the body absorb more liquids and electrolytes

  Normally, if I got hangover, I smoke and will feel a lot better. You shld try it too.
