I am new at this forum. I am trying to find out something which kind of puzzles me. What happened in the case of the Miata test-drive accident which occured in September last year? I've been through all the previous postings on the issue, but I just want to know what happened to the driver. Is there, or will there be a court case?
I know that some of the postings on the issue got a little heated. I am not looking to get into this type of discussion. I would just like to know if anyone has heard anything, or seen anything concrete in the newspapers on the issue.
