Doggie needs a home

  I happened to find this very endearing female dog wandering near my house these few days. I have been feeding her with my house dog food this two days. She's extremely happy everytime she sees my sis and I now. But I don't think it would be good for us to make it a responsibility to keep her fed.
  
  As shown in the picture, she's very skinny. I think she might need a home. Help me take note of friends who don't mind taking a mongrel home.
  
  Take note that I don't think she is hdb approved cus she should be above 10kg.
