  Rules
  
  1) Add 10 to the number given above.
  2) Divide Step 1 answer by 2.
  
  For example, given number is 10.
  
  Adding 10, would be 20. Divide it by 2 would 10.

  not true, in actual fact its still not 10. its only an approximation due the number of decimals your program works in
