Training is free as mention in the 1st post. You are welcome to come down for trial session to see if it really suit you before you decide to join.
No age restriction, as long as you are keen to learn, and is physically fit you can join us.

Hi all
For those interested, our association will be going to Peck San Theng on 5th April 2009 (Sunday) for our annual Qing Ming Ancestors praying event. There will be lion dance performance, and some martial art display. You are welcome to see our performance.
We should reach Peck San Theng at about 1100 to 1130am.
Peck San Theng is located at bishan, behind RI (Raffles insitution)
