going into oz is now even harder than before..think its pretty much out of reach to most average sporeans now.from "distinction" level in english IELTS exam results to changes in immigration policies every year.seems like getting tougher year by year to get into oz.

Just wondering how many migrant is using NZ as a backdoor to OZ?
It was reported in the news( ninemsn) today that latest statistics show 4700 Kiwis left for OZ taking the annual trans Tasman loss to a record of 38,100. BTW NZ is eyeing and favouring Sg migrants to others. There you go. -

generally my mates and I need someone who can help us settle down this coming september for university. we need advices like (for example) what to prepare before we fly, where to get cheap groceries, mobile plans and adjusting to the way of life there etc.
it would be better if they are familiar with the area near LSE, UCL, Bristol, Manchester, Cambridge unis in England, Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland.

There you go.last read nz shutdown immigration to mostly everyone and is now based on some invitation by them based on points system with degree etc.dunno if they have special preferences for sporeans only.
the kiwis going from nz to oz are mainly white kiwis or maoris or nz indigenious natives over here in QLD.

Im a PR here in oz.not sure if most sporeans want to leave spore.most are satisfied with spore even though they might be overworked and undepaid or underworked and overpaid.in the past it was easier to get into oz a few years ago...and even easier 10 years ago.and most countries let in people easily.the koreans ,vietnamese,chinapeople,indians,even fijian islanders and tongans could immigrate to oz,nz,usa etc as recent as 10 years.these are not some vietnamese refugess etc but they got to immigrate based on their merit and not some refugee status.
dont think spoon feeding folks is a good idea.if they so want it badly...they should put some effort into reading up stuff on immigration process and p[rogress of people. the worst cases would be people using immigration lawyers.

that's exactly right.. actually applyig for visa is the easiest... the hard stuffs start after the visa label is paste on the passport..haha

i suppose its the way they work over in oz.i noticed girls are often taken in more than males even though they might be ex sporean air stewardess applying for a CSIRO position as a reseracher in some biotech area at some trainee stage.the males especially of the chinese asian stock are often dumped aside no matter how good they are.i have seen many and read true stories of how their society worked since i was a kid and know what sort of people they really are from time.
but im not choosy when it comes to me being in spore and oz.im a simple n pracvtical but peaceful person but i dont let anyone push me over either be it LKY or some chiobu.

i was thinking of going to nz.its cooler and seems much friendlier even in the cities.plus i love the imperial war museum in auckland...so much war planes,guns,missiles,zero fighter,machineguns.....loed the monolith buildings and giant statues at the Domain.

guess what again?met an abo skinny manwho wanted to rob me at shopping mall.think i grinned at him all the time when he approached me n started speaking in his aboriginal language to me..he started to look at my pocket and then my stomach.think after he look at my "powerful" tummmy abs he decided not to rob me.think ist their culture..if yer tummy bigger than them,,,,means i more powerful !:)should i kill him,grin at him or rape him?would he retaliate??

a few days ago,saw in my area way,an aboriginal mixed european girl walking to secondary school.look like a long haired 1.7 metre tall malay girl.she revealed so much of her thighs......such long thighs.....strange how they get to be so tall.

As someone who relocated not too long ago, I can say helpful advices often save you tons of headaches and missteps and make your transition less painful.
