Water woes at Ion's loos force closure of toilets

  All toilets at Ion Orchard had to be closed off on Saturday afternoon due to a water flow problem.

  As of closing time at 10pm on Saturday night, they remained closed.

  A spokesman for the mall, which is located in the prime Orchard Road shopping belt, said water supply had slowed down considerably and the management decided to close off all its toilets at about 4pm.

  Ion Orchard has toilets on six of its eight levels. The spokesman said restroom attendants detected the problem with the water supply at about 2pm and alerted the duty manager.

  Simple cause:

  World class contractor,

  World class contraction workers,

  World class piping material.

  Result:

  World class choking, flooding and leak.

  LOL... Meant for the Atas (high-end)... but end up very Bawah (low-end)... now no toilet and water to use... in an atas shopping environment..
