number of posts does not matter to me. if you show that i can trust you with my forum, then i will choose you. my friend took a look at my forum and gave very bad comments of how everything's a mess here, with lots of immature flamming and stuff... i need a mod who deal with this.
after applications close tonight, the interviews will start. i will lay out the rules for that when the time comes. the real decision not so fast lah... must choose wisely. -

Application for Mod
To:The Admin of Starblue Heaven
I wish to apply for position of Mod on Starblue's Heaven because i feel that it is a learning exprience for me...I have a current forum called "SGForums MapleStory SEA" although i have made a mistake as i was a lousy admin and resulted of a deapature of a mod but i am now trying to amend my mistakes by trying to being more understanding..
I know chances of being a mod here is very low as i have a history of being lousy but i belive that honesty should be a must to let people know what i really am
And if i am chosen mod, i will try to work with the other mods and learn how to handle my own forum better..

What is a Moderator ?
A person who can enforce the rules that this forum or instituition runs by. Without law there will be chaos. A moderator's job is not easy. For they must thread upon the very ground and rules they are sworn to uphold. This is a job for real men, not some weak kneed pathetic loser.
Ask yourself, who would you trust to run the show when the enemy comes battling down upon your door ? Rambo or Ghandi ? It will takes nerves of steel and an iron fist to bring law and order. Not some fawning and ass kissing.
Before you judge and choose. Think carefully. And consider who you really need to run the show.

Please do not misunderstand me.
All I am doing is reminding the people what a moderator should be doing in my opinion . But if you wish your moderators to be of different stock its up to you. After all its your call.
