Its only right if due credit is given to the owner.
Spoiling the picture, making it indistinguishable, totally sucks big time.
Imagine the picture is full body, but only can see the legs, wtf?! jian zi si wu ru wo! -

Simply put, if we place the picture online for all to admire, and some cock borrows and places it elsewhere for others to admire. Its my fault because I want to let everyone admire it in the first place.

I only take pics from forums and ask permission before posting anything here. So the answer is better to seek permission first. (or maybe visit some wbesites that talk abt copyright rules)

i found my so-called outing pix (private) ended up with someone who is not even a member of this forum
now u see why some ppl refuse to have their pix taken at outings -

a few times some forumites post clubsnap pix in sgforums, and the Mod of clubsnap jumped at me and tell me about their policy.
i investigated and agree to close the threads and warn the users not to use clubsnap pix again
all parties are happy. -
