  The reason why folks like Witch and Melculo should be screened out. In addition, all mods (especially those at "Special Interest" forums like Cars, Busese, Military Nuts, etc) should outlaw flaming. There are bullies who enjoy targeting the less-informed.

  Still, MBT has warned against flaming Idwar. Decorum is paramount. All mods should take the cue from MBT.
