A different theory on why NKF (Durai) is suing SPH

Smart as Durai to get the board to give him 12 months of bonus for the past few years, yet, he while in the midst of a major charity event, decided to sue SPH for a news 2 years old that many people has forgotten.
I think its not as simple as just suing SPH.
I suspect he is planning to get sacked by the board.
Why so?
For a Golden Handshake of unthinkable amount.
Think about it. -
What makes you think he will get a golden handshake and a incredible amount?
all i know is that , he might even lose his own personal assets , people outside already earning so little every month , prices in singapore which are increasing .
The 2 previous guys who have been sued previously by him , might open up lawsuits against him.
I think its better for him to step down . -

We have been asking government to be accountable this and that.
Now they let NKF to be accountable.
