What are the ways to advertise a new Forum?

  Another timely question as this forum is only erm... 20 minutes old?
  
  One way i know is to keep on posting new topics. But I will run out of meaningful thread topics soon... psh... need some help here with new topics
  
  Any other ways?

  1) must find the right kaki to carps around.
  2) Get the right Mods
  3) Organise outing
  4) Fate and luck
