  Now..what you need is the regulation 7 hours of sleep as stated in the SAF training directives
  
  *You are not allowed to participate in any strenous activity without 7 hours of sleep.*
  
  So, dragging your duffel bag up four stories(if you're unlucky to be in Platoon 4) is a strenous activity..
