Heng having withdrawl symptoms from no F1, no WRC on tv now that both seasons have ended. made worse because he hasn't driven anything, except for bumper cars, since he's arrived in UK. -
All the tests are taking place in Spain, and testing does not resume until January...so no point travelling up to Northampton.

Suzuki will field two cars in every round of the 2005 World Rally Championship as it assesses a possible graduation to a full programme with a World Rally Car in the future.
Reigning Junior World Rally Champion Per-Gunnar Andersson and Guy Wilks will drive Suzuki Super 1600 cars in every round of the 2005 World Rally Championship. The pair will again contest the JWRC and will also compete in all the WRC rounds that are not part of the JWRC, using cars built to the same specification in the A6 class.
Monster Sport Europe, the British-based team which ran Andersson to the Junior world title this year, will field a two-car squad of Andersson and Wilks, who was third in the 2004 JWRC, on every World Championship rally in 2005.
Drivers can only score on seven of the eight JWRC rounds and both Andersson and Wilks will nominate France as the round in which they will not score points.
The campaign will begin with the familiar five-door Ignis model, but that will be replaced mid-season by the new Swift Super 1600 car.
Suzuki says it will use the full 2005 World Rally Championship programme in order to gain more experience of the events and evaluate the possibility of participation at the highest level.
JWRC frontrunners Kosti Katajamaki and Urmo Aava will also contest the JWRC in Suzukis. The Finn and the Estonian will have an Ignis each for their campaigns. They will miss the round in Mexico which they will nominate as their non-scoring round. -
I really hope they join the big boys by 2006- 2007.

The Royal Automobile Club Belgium (RACB) elected Francois Duval as the 2004 'Champion of Belgium'.
It is not a surprise that Duval won the award, considering his excellent season in the World Rally Championship. On many occasions Duval was fighting for the victory and he finished five times on the podium in 2004.
The decision was made by a panel of 21 journalists representing the major media in Belgium. The voting process was organised in two rounds: the first one ended on 15 July 2004 and the second on 15 November.
Points were given to drivers competing in Belgium or internationally. The combined total of points from the two rounds gave the top 15 Belgian drivers for 2004.

The new Midland F1 team are reportedly close to signing Mexican ChampCar star Mario Dominguez.
Team supremo Alex Shnaider confirmed that he had already lined up one of his race drivers – almost 16 months before the outfit will join the F1 grid.
He told Russian newspaper Kommersant: “At the moment we are negotiating with one Mexican driver. We have struck a preliminary contract with his manager and it looks like he will be racing for us."
Dominguez has been linked with the team several times in recent months, making it likely that he is the Mexican in question.
The 29-year-old was ChampCar rookie of the year in 2002. He failed to win a race this year but still finished fifth in the championship.

Former World Champion Didier Auriol will return to rallying when he takes part in next years Monte Carlo rally driving a Bozian Racing tuned Peugeot 206 WRC. His team-mate will be Xavier Pons.
