  Got lah, but different companies got different incentives and benefits, there is not a general rules nor a legal rules that taxi companies must provide you all these incentives and benefits, because your relationship with them is partner, not employer and employees relationship...Understand BO But in order to attract driver, they hv no choice but to come out with all these incentives and benefit to compete, otherwise, who want to drive for them. Therefore, before signing on the dotted lines, please sign with your eye open, not close and gong gong give people play out

  Very unlikely taxi company will give medical leave on top of incentive.

  Remember.  When it comes to benefits, taxi companies will say you are not their employee, but self employed.  When it comes to punishment, they have the right to sack you.

  They do not sack you, everything is a contract, it is call termination, you can also terminate a contract without any reason given, so why not a taxi companies, even you do nothing wrong, a taxi company can also terminate the contract, just like if you can throw key, why not taxi companies collect back the keys?

  sack is sack lah.  You can sack them, they can sack you.  Termination of contract is ho tia nia..lol

  Sack and termination is different lah, you go tell people tio sack, people will laugh at you, Sack is a layman term, it is consider a punishment, hokkien said, tio Por, termination is a legal term, not a punishment, it just a cancellation of contract. Mai go tell people taxi company sack you...people will laugh at you, and you go complain to authority, they also blur blur what you talking, even court and legal also dun have this word call Sack.

  Termination is very a different outcome as Sack in term of individual reputation. Sack is more related to Dismissal whereby one had or have did something wrong, be it code of conduct or violation of company rules. Whereas termination is just a cease of contract.

  Polyclinic only $7 mah...then can get a certificate which company like cdg allow 3 days MC mah. People go poly technic gets diploma cert I go polyclinic gets medical cert..hiaz

  Depend on which companies or apps you join lah, every organization have their own terms and conditions, see properly, ask if not sure, then sign on the dot, mai like me gong gong see chio bu staff only..sign everywhere liao

  Actually, cdg former chio bu, now, work until... no more so chio,..you know lah, we Old uncle prefer lau chio lau chio, older women but still got the look and shape...if bak bak is the best. Women like Jamsine of TC or Tammy of Cdg also not bad, last time, my ex chief and his gangs joined TC also because of Jasmine, tio conned by her
