Hey all.
Anyone has got a ginger or tabby kitten up for adoption?
Preferably 1.5-2 months. Would be perfect if owner stays somewhere near woodlands to Yishun.
I'm serious about getting a kitty and hope someone will give one to me!

you ought to try CWS..
many kitties need loving homes & caring owners..
Try SPCA. I went there once and when I sat down in a room, one of the cats jumped on my lap. Friendly animals there. I am sure there are kittens for adoption
yeah, I've been looking on cat welfare, but most owners want them to be adopted in pairs and stay too far away etc.
My parents do not want me to adopt from SPCA so I'm hoping a kind soul here will give me one (:
at the end of the day, watever pet you wish to adopt, plz make sure you're committed & dun adopt them for fun then abondon them later when you can't take care of it anymore..
haha yeah, thanks. I kept a cat for 2 years once then it ran away and didn't come back. Found out later AVA caught it and since it had no freaking cat collar, I'd to say goodbye.
pity the kitty, so plz be a responsible cat owner..
I may adopt a kitty of my own in future as well..
haha hope you get a good one :D
for now can't coz parents dun allow..
most likely when I have my own home then will adopt..
pick one off the streets, I am pretty sure Singapore has heaps lying around @ night.

The stray cats will just go back. If you pick a kitten from the streets, it will be very stressed.

Best suggestion.
See a young kitten at the hawker centre or market, pick it up.
Pick them while they are still young, walking with a clumsy gait, and their fur clean. They will turn out to be super intelligent and bond with you, and learn your mannerism very fast. Just pick them up, young, don't bother about the colour or pattern of the fur. Each cat is unique and has its own personality.
Dear Yooseless Goose,
are you prepared to scratch-proof your furniture with ugly-looking cat-scratch-proof tape or are you prepared to let the cat turn your home upside down?
and importantly, are your windows meshed? no mesh = no cat pls
Sorry TS Me think you are still quite young leh? abt 16?
ur family want a cat ornot? Later get rid of cat no good...
About picking one off the streets... I've tried looking many times, but never had the luck to chance upon one on the streets. My family is prepared to have wire mesh
if you decide to pick one off the streets, rememeber to bring it to a vet 1st..
look around.. someone was saying that there was a cat which gave birth at their front door
but the cats were no longer there oreadi..
orh.. okay.. didn't follow that topic..
anyway, SPCA or those animal shelters are good..
and like they said, visit a vet to neuter the cat first thing
