  I don't see why ATM have no marnee is odd. If ATM have marnee then it is odd.
  Marnee is name meaning rejoicing, variant of Marina.
  
  Maybe you wanted to draw marnee, therefore no money. In your head you keep thinking about marnee, then some telekinetic brainwave interrupts the ATM causing it out of money, and marnee is unable to withdraw due to its size.
