was told when sumone talks to u n start crossing his/her arms, is a tell tale sign tat he/she is agitated, nervous or uncomfortable...

That folded arms one........I heard that it is a sign of insecurity. The arms act as blanket...cover the body to give protection or warmth.
But it looks like someone is bored or angry also right?
Or is it both hands on the hips that shows anger? 
What about this one? Not body parts but eyes. When you talk to someone or the way round, do you look at the person's eyes or mouth? -
