i donch noe why, but generally its safer to go Chinatown or Geylang Serai, but not Little India.
Even my fren, who is big sized and can fight, is also careful when he patronise the shops there.
Recently, my house that area got a hostel for the foreign workers. Not surprisingly, the crime rate increased. My sister's friend kena molested there, and my mum's friend's hubby who is an inspector says the crime rate in my area increased, with some of them even robbing their own people. IMM is now like Mustafa Centre..sianz.... -
