It's ok to eat once in a while but not as part of your diet.
There are much healthier fish to eat.
Same thing for my pets. I rather feed them kuning which is dirt cheap too than sutchi

fish is good ... i love eating fish ... though not the stuff i catch .....
the last couple of mangrove jacks I brought back had this metallic aftertaste after steaming .....
our waters probably a bit polluted ...

I only eat the stuff MPB catches when he goes off-shore fishing
he never brings back his catch too for those he catch along the coast

So far so good. I think it works very well. At this rate I can actually give up my Estee Lauder Night Repair :O

Just taking a look at the model, how the govt regulates it, how it's financed and more importantly the infrastructure n ops Not a very good system either, though the MRT is good -
Still the best system are those that manages to do a bus rapid transit BRT system. The conventional bus chia system all has it's pros and cons, just which outweighs which. Just like HK, ends up a lot of empty buses clogging up the streets during off peak n many are duplicating rts. Taipei is more of the roads itself.

i bought some snail mask for Maggie and she gave it to my sister
i think they were really cheap.. about $2 or something
