Rule number one to avoid excessive estrogen levels: maintain a healthy body weight-build and maintain lean muscle mass. In particular, pay close attention to the fat around the middle of your body. These fat cells are known to produce aromatase, which can lead to higher estrogen levels in men, thus changing the hormonal balance.

For the sake of the editors of TR, I actually hope that that conspiracy theory is true.
Because if it isn't, and the editors actually believe in their own bullcrap, then I kinda feel sorry for how their children might turn out.
For goodness' sake, don't just oppose for the sake of opposing, and don't pick a fight for the weakest of reasons just because you don't like the other guy.
Unfortunately, they don't seem to be wise enough to understand that.

I'm very curious what axe this chap's got to grind with the MIW ... usually they all do, like that chap who threatened to burn that malay MP, and was outed as a newly released jailbird convicted of fraud ....
and you know what .... this chap has even less credibility in my books than CSJ ..... which says a lot ....

Anyway, I wonder if I can get to vote this election because I think we will get more shit after this GE.
As usual, I bet they are holding back and cutting back all the nightmares they want to implement before the GE.
I bet they will open the flood gates once the GE are over, and seriously it’s not only for the low level jobs.
I have plenty of friends working in Singapore and no they are not local and they are all in good paying white collar jobs.
Right now they keep emphasizing on jobs that Singaporeans don’t want but this is really not the case.

i received registered mail regarding my parking thing and its hdb telling me to pay
i called them up and asked them why am i receiving this when it is supposed to be under investigation?
they said they will revert to tampines branch to call me about the letter
they still haven't called.

and keep the emails in a total list in a "reply"...
after a few, escalate.. one step at a time.. give them 3 opportunities to reply, each about 3 days.. then keep moving up the list
