Venue : KopiTiam at Starlight Road near Race Course Road. Same place where the cheap version of Pu Tian Lor Mee stall is. They have claimed to use traditional methods of making the soup base using bak kut, prawns and other secret ingredients.
Cost : $8 for all the below ingredients
My Review of the above
In order no to kill the taste bud, I have refrained from adding chilli powder into this.
Bak Kut - cook to soft and easily melt into your mouth
Pig Tail - cook to soft and easily melt into your mouth
Prawns - fresh and tasty
Intestine - cook to soft and easily melt in your mouth. However it seems to have lost the tangy and powdery taste that the intestine should have
Soup - you can taste the bak kut taste in the soup but not the prawn taste. A bit too sweet. maybe they have put too much 冰 糖 in the soup
Pork lard - cook to golden brown add some crunch into the noodle
Going to cook chicken wings on the barbie tonight.... yum... can't wait.

Haaaar?! Barbie AGAIN?! Make sure you prepare some 'cooling' drinks otherwise, your body will become 'heaty'.
