  using salary as example:

  system records: give him pay slip stating the amt he receiving for the month...

  physical records: the $$ tat actually go into his bank account...

   

  giving him a pay slip =X= giving him his pay...

  if he think it's the same, just give him a pay slip will do....

  Transfer 13 cartons to Shelf B

  On Shelf B's card, it was written. 8 cartons transferred from Shelf E..... so where the 5 cartons go >.<"

   

  Then I look at the manual stock record the 200 cartons sold last week has not been deducted out yet

  So all my check and balance all kns fucked up
