Well, with the other Japanese restaurants here, the rice comes with the dish. I don't see why they should be any different.
Authentic Korean restaurants use Japanese rice as well, and their dishes mostly come with rice too.

I remember when I made sushi a few years ago, I had the fan turned on and directed at the rice to cool it down quickly. I used the best ingredients I could find and whoa... I got really lovely sushi!

But that's for sushi rice.

the crab legs can eat a lot though. because it's super yummy. -
