Singapore's east-side is the best...

  True or not? I always hear a lot of people say they like to stay East side..what's so good about East side that West side doesn't have?

  Bukit Timah and Katong are evenly matched for great food. That's all that matters.

  When somebody says "West", I usually think of places like Jurong, Woodlands, Clementi..
  
  yea Bukit Timah is near Clementi, but I always think of it as.. in the middle of SG...
  
  I think Eastsiders and Westsiders have different cultures. It was reported in a news article some years back that the Westsiders tend to be more family-oriented people... I think. (bad memory)
