Web hosting

I remember reading a post about the discussion on the best web hosting in singapore. Been searching these past few days, but couldn't find it.
Basically, i need to host a com.sg website on Linux, PHP, MySql. Best if they support jsp, but it is not a necessity.
Anyone knows where the thread is? Or knows a good one, preferably from past experience?

last time, they told me they will add a java web server, I wait n wait and in the end they dun even reply my email. Long before the first year ends, i gave up my website because of this.
In the second year, they send me emails asking me to pay up for the 2nd year hosting fee but i never bother because they didn't deliver what they say they will.
But now i just need a place to host a com.sg in Unix/PHP/MySql cheaply. So I decided a while ago, to consider them also.
