Hi, whenever I try to open any websites, a download window will pop up asking me to download this file default which is type application/octet-stream, and it opens with devenv.exe, problem is, if I open it, its a 0 byte file so I can't access the webbie. This is for Opera browser. For IE, it simple says the page cannot be displayed.. anyone know what to do?
