need help with creative muvo2 1.5GB

  i tried to create a playlist using the supplied software but i have no idea how to export the playlist to the player. plus the software seems to recognise some of my mp3 songs as .wma and it doesnt play the song, file size is 0bytes. though i only have 3 wma songs and they arent in the list. i've tried using the software to convert the 'wma' files to mp3 but it tells me it cant read the files or something.

  call them. they have hotlines. see ur receipt there got lor. i call them directly one, cuz faster. e mail them takes about one day for reply..
