How hot is your computer/laptop?

  anybody dust and vacuum your computers regularly?
  
  My air-con is on when i use the computer, so not much of a problem... thinking of upgrading the PC fan, but not too sure which one.

  Your CPU will shut itself down (AMD) or throttle itself down (Intel) if it gets too hot. This won't happen until at least 75c.
  
  Generally, the lower the temp, the better. The amount of electrical resistance increases proportionally to the amount of heat there is in a chip, the lower the resistance, the better.
  
  anything below 50 is OK. When ur running at 50+ degrees (centigrade), thats when i would look for a better cooling solution.
