While looking at the artist appearance in dramas, I found out there used to be a drama Hong Lu Deng (?) right?
Dun know what... MediaCorp claimed that they made the longest serial.. When the longest was zhi ma lu dou in 1986

She was a Navy MO... As like Air Force, the drama was divided into dif stories... Air Force was 6 esp in total with 6 stories, Navy was 18 esp with I think 2 - 3 stories -
Hmmm...I don't think there was a specific segragation of the stories...They were more or less interwined (the characters mainly known each other) unlike the Air Force show...Originally posted by sbst275:Yah.. Well, for a refresher there was
1) The two childhood friends who become divers.. (Chen, Shen)
2) Who were later sent to "negotiate" a deal with pirates who hijacked a ship
3) A MGB (which i believe are now fowarded to the PCG now) CO having a marriage on the rocks due to his sea-based assignment..
4) Subsequently deployed to NDU where the two childhood friends become instructors there.
5) A Naval Gunner (Wang), who was also the illegitmate son of a rich guy, who volunteered to go for the NDU course..
6) and later went OOC because of a diving accident due to a previous (ear)injury while sparring with Shen...
7) Wang later reverted to being a gunner and had a brief relationship with a female Vietnamese refuge which he rescued while on duty on his ship.. Wang also visited the DB for a brief period of time...
Shen later was disillisioned after getting the blame for Wang's injuries and left the Navy for a "greener pasture"... -
