btw, do u galz cut you eyebrows at the end? what i noe from josephine is dun cut, but someother professional make-up artist ask me to cut..so im confused... -

i try threading b4 its v v good. v clean and neat. hair oso wun grow back tat fast. the last time i try was at little india. best is for indians to do it..they r more pro..v cheap oso $5 nia..

i tried upper lip threading and full face threading before. the full face one,, i tell you, i teared man. damn painful esp at the side burn there. but i must say the results are good. both from bioskin.
tried eyebrow threading before also. done by an Indian. it's a stall at clementi central. one thing i dun like is the result dun really have a shape. they mainly remove the stray hairs. -
here's a short guide to eyebrow shaping (BY ANASTASIA BH):
Step 1
Apply the Pre-Tweeze Gel to the brow area in preparation for tweezing.
Step 2
Arch and shape by applying one of the Classic Stencils to the brow. Fill in the brow area using the Angled Cut Brush in Small 15 to the brow with Brow Pomade.
Step 3
Remove hairs that are outside the stenciled area with the Tweezers.
Step 4
Comb the brow hairs up with the spooley end of the Brow Pencil or Mini Duo Angled/Spooley 7 Brush and clip any lengthy or unwanted hairs with the pink handled Scissors.
Step 5
Apply the After Tweeze Cream to calm and soothe any redness or irritated areas.
Step 6
Apply the Eye Lights Shimmer or Eye Lights Matte pencil just below the arch of the brow. Gently smooth and blend into the brow line to create a highlight that opens up the eye. The Eye Lights Shimmer can be used all over the lid, cheekbones, and on the lips.
Step 7
Apply the Brow Gel to condition and hold the shape of brow all day.
if you have your own proper tools, u can even do your own eyebrows at hm or even do freelance for others. practice makes perfect. -

best tweezers are from tweezerman, sharp and precise and can even tweeze out the shortest hair on your eyebrow

wah sia... eyebrow trimming so much xue wen one ah...
i always let them trim when i do facial... save money... and my regular beautician does it quite well... it's mainly to maintain the shape and trim the length. in between facials i pluck it myself to remove stray hair.
i got this pair of really cool eyebrow scissors when i was in jap last year. got a comb attached so you can comb and cut eyebrows without "over-cutting". very fun and addictive! but dangerous because can get too addicted and keep wanting to cut! :p tried to see whether some of those jap beauty shops have it (like basic beauty at heeren) but dun see it anywhere... hopefully the one i have won't rust anytime soon! -
I just went to Hollywood's secrets at Paragon to trim my eyebrows. Very happy. Now look so neat, so easy to draw. Not done by Josephine though. I asked for her but was told she's on long holiday.
