Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson is keen to avoid personal battles with rival managers next season.
Hodgson can expect the mind games to start with Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson and Everton's David Moyes.
But he says: “I’ve always believed you don’t have battles with other managers.
“Football teams have battles with other football teams, clubs have battles with other clubs. I’ve never subscribed to that theory that it’s me and you. It’s a nonsense.”
He is practising the three Bo's:
Bo Huei, Bo Chap and Bo Liao.
Liverpool will not be of any threat for the top clubs unless they can get a rich daddy soon.
So, he is not expecting any mind games from Alex or Moyes.
He will be more focused on taking care of the players.
