The deal is almost complete, according to the Nerazzurri supremo.
Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti expects ex-Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez to take the Champions League holders' reins on Tuesday.
Benitez, 50, announced his departure from Anfield by mutual consent last week and had been linked with a switch to the Champions League holders since. He is reported to have agreed a three year, £5 million per-annum contract and will ink the deal tomorrow.
"Probably tomorrow the contract will become official," Moratti told La Gazetta Dello Sport.
"Certain figures that have appeared in the press will be re-dimensioned however. It was a normal deal, and rapid enough."
