Rafa Benitez is looking into the possibility of bringing Julio Baptista to cash strapped Liverpool. The Brazilian international is interested in a season long loan deal in this World Cup year, which would be ideal for the under fire Spaniard. The Roma player has struggled to find form in Italy and the Serie A club would be pleased to get him off their wage bill. That would certainly appeal to penniless Liverpool who have had a dreadful start to the season. With no money to spend Benitez is struggling to get any players in before Tuesdays deadline. Benitez sees the Brazilian who is eager to impress international manager Dunga, as a realistic possibility. He believes the Roma midfielder has the crudentials to fit right into Liverpool’s style of play. The powerful midfielder has an eye for goal who can play behind the striker or in a deeper more central role.
