I have to disagree with Poolman that Ah Ben is not at fault.
He is the one that can change the formation to win a game.
Liverpool does have good players to win a game but they are only seen here in singapore when they play for fun.
If he dun make use of his reserve players, the players will eventually leave.
Ah Ben have a stubborn habits of sticking his neck on the wrong player.

Now it is Lucas.
The fault is not with the player, but expecting him to perform another role in which he is not able to do it.

I would think the 2 Yankees affected the whole of Liverpool FC .
Somehow , somewhere , since annoucing they are not selling the American Baseball team , meaning no money , liverpool confidence shattered .
I would say gerrard's expression told us all .
Usually when LFC 0-1 down , Gerrard played like he is possessed , going for the kill , not Monday night .
I thought Gerrard was disappointed that Alonso , Arbeloa's sale , do not generate more players in .
