If Liverpool continue this form, the manager have to take responsibility.
We cannot be playing with a new team every start of the season.
Liverpool have sufficient players to use different tactics.

So far, they are showing mid table form with defeat to spur and villa.
With any injury, Liverpool can forget about champion league next year unless Ah Ben start using the money to buy some competent players.
Or else he can go for early retirement.

but i do feel that something wrong with lucas, he slows the game down when its time to counter attack, cock up passing, cock up positioning...
and something is confirm wrong with the tactics today

IMHO, Liverpool is the most stable of last season top 4, after pre-season.
They do not have a new manager like Chelsea with a new diamond formation, they did not lose their top scorer, like MU with Ronaldo, they did not lose one of their top scorer plus top defenders like Gunners with Toure and Ade. So excuse?
Pool no money? MU bought Valencia, and signed a free agent, Owen. Chelsea? has not even played the new signing yet. Gunners a defender same as Pool.
Injury? Torres and Gerrard started for the 3 games right? Last season, these twin terrors were raining fear into any club.
Players fault? They only execute to what they are asked. They trained to what they are asked.
Owners fault? They did get Pool the most expensive right back in the world in Glen Johnson.
Managers' fault? Rafa? the untouchable? Did he devise the formation? Did he devise the plays?Did he let Xabi go? Can Rafa hold his glasses and say the 4th official is "immature" again?
Well, 2 losses. Last season,Liverpool only suffered 2 losses and got their best performance since the EPL was formed. Already 6pts behind leaders. Can they handle one more loss?Will they pack up their season even before Christmas?
They have yet to meet the big boys yet. But faithfuls, Torres stated, it is easy playing them so why worry..

It was always going to be dangerous with villa going through a bad patch. They bounce back with a good win. But I just didnt expect them to get anything out of this match.
We really miss Alonso. And his replacement Aqualini is injured. I have a suggestion, play gerrard in midfield beside Mascherano and Voronin partner Torres upfront. At leasst until the new guy is ready.

Liverpool's problem, i still think lies with manager...
He seems to have a liking for Lucas, and too dependent on Gerrard..
Playing Gerrard wide is good, but once a team manages to lock him down, they almost shut down the whole defence.
