Ribbery to Liverpool?

  Bookmakers have stopped taking bets on Frank Ribery joining Liverpool. The odds on the Bayern Munich midfielder signing for the Reds were slashed from 66/1 to 8/13 before the bookies closed the book. The player was believed to be in talks with Chelsea after discussions with Real Madrid broke down. As yet, there is no news from either the player's agent or the clubs..... RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR tat wld be an awesome coup!!!

  He's probably not coming, since benitez said there's no more big money signings. But imagine Ribery on the flank, and Gerrard and Torres attacking, with xabi alonso and mascherano in midfield. That would be totally awesome. Is he a left winger or a right?
