Was he sold because of that own goal he scored playing against Chelsea? What do you think of him. I think he's a great player who could have contributed to this season significantly if he had not been sold.
I still feel he should not be sold despite that ridiculous own goal cum diving header he scored.

Funny you should be talking about him after so long. But I think he was going to be on his way out after that. Maybe he personally couldn't recover from it either, he did feel quite bad to the fans after that. It's not like he was playing regularly towards that time so chances of making amends would be even harder.

his form was dipping during his last season.. and plus he also scored that own goal.. i dont think anyone really blames him though..

Rafa saw that with the likes of Insua coming up , and Aurelio working hard , and better on the left , and Arbeoa can also play there ... so it's wiser to let him go and fund in .

I think Liverpool has too many left side players therefore he goes.

Never did really like him,although some of his left footed rocket shots are legendary.
Sometimes,he shoots too much,regardless of the distance.
He gets on my nerves sometimes.
