The Reds will face the national teams of Thailand in Bangkok on July 22 and Singapore in the city state four days later.
McMahon, who was part of our last title-winning side in 1990, is promoting the games as group commercial director of the Singapore-based Profitable Group.
The former midfielder expects fans to provide an 'overwhelming' reception for Rafa Benitez and his stars - and hopes it will inspire them to achieve great things when competitive action gets underway in August.
"They probably don't realise what's going to hit them when they arrive here. They don't realise the enormity of the support they have here," said McMahon.
"I just think the players will be overwhelmed by the reception they get.
"I'm excited for the players. I want to make it worthwhile because it's in my interest for them to do well.
"I know a lot of the players. I know a lot of people at the club. Rafa is excited, Sammy Lee certainly is - he's always enthusiastic about getting out and travelling.
"Hopefully Liverpool can go one better next season and instead of getting second we'll get first."

dont noe
but KL not far frm sg, rite?
Quite dangerous for Singaporeans to go to Malaysia! =x
And it would feel different if they were here cos it'd be on homeground!
lol
Guys , if 65,000 Reds filled the National Stadium , it'll will be a cool 57million SGD for the organiser , and how u much u think Liverpool FC will get ?
If it's just a 50/50 profit sharing , i also got about 30 million SGD , about 10 million pounds in sterling pounds .
So cents to cents , dollar to dollar , this profit can actually buy a good star player from Spain .
Right or wrong ?
To support Liverpool for their tour , is as good as contributing to Liverpool's future success .
Com'On , let's support them .
Go any Courts today and buy your tickets !!!!
